Everything FindMyTote does
Containers, nesting and loose items
Totes, boxes, bins, drawers, cabinets, shelves, pallets and file boxes. Put a container inside another container, or label something too big for any box and place it directly at a location.
A location hierarchy you define
Property, building, room, aisle, rack, bay, shelf — use as many levels as you actually need and skip the rest. Search results show the full path.
Permanent QR labels
Print in batches before you have unpacked anything. Every label carries a permanent code and an opaque QR that cannot be guessed from the one next to it.
The reprint queue
Flag a scuffed label from your phone while standing in the storage unit. Batch-print the replacements later at a computer, then confirm they are physically attached.
Full offline operation
View and edit everything with no signal at all. Photos queue locally and upload when you are back in range, and nothing claims to be backed up until it truly is.
Search that matches how you remember
Partial words, alternate names, tags, serial numbers, barcodes and typo tolerance — because you will search for the thing, not for the box.
Households and roles
One account, many households, a different role in each. Owners manage settings and members, editors change inventory, viewers look but cannot touch.
Complete history
Every consequential change records who did it, when, and from which device — including changes made by an AI assistant on your behalf.
Your data stays yours
Export a spreadsheet or a complete structured file whenever you want, with photographs included.
